Question lang boss, pano palitan yung device name ng iphone 3gs? Tsaka bakit di nya madetect yung bluetooth ng nokia n73 ko boss?
Sir, unfortunately you can't change the device name within the phone itself, naka-rely siya sa name ng device mo sa itunes kaya dun mo siya palitan. iDevices (iPhone/iTouch/iPad) does not support bluetooth file transfer of any file type due to the following reasons. Some files are unsupported, like music and video, they need to be sync through itunes and file format is differnet from all other devices. Due to DRM and DMCA, having an iDevice allows you to purchase any content from iTunes and App Store and copying them to another device is piracy. How about pictures? you can send and receive them via email or social networking apps. You can only use bluetooth on headset, bluetooth speakers, medical devices, and remote control toys.
You may be asking, ano pa silbe ng bluetooth ng iphone? iPhone was initially intended for the US market and Apple is the first company na naging successful sa pag integrate ng online app store sa mga device nila. To protect app developers and artist selling their content via itunes and app store, kailangan i-disable ang file transfer ng idevice to other idevices and other Mobile devices to computers para maiwasan ang piracy at paglabag sa karapatan ng mga devs at artist.
Additional info, sa US at EU, you can't buy a smartphone (iOS/Android/WP7/Sym) without getting a contract with data plan. You can only buy smartphone without contract, openline, unlocked, if the carrier offers it, but for a higher price. Having a data plan means you have to pay for the internet connection ng device mo, kahit anong klaseng connection pa yan, kahit free wifi or sarili mong router sa bahay, babayaran mo yan dahil may sariling app ang mga providers that monitors your data transfer. So if you are in this kind of situation, na mura at mabilis ang internet connection ng smartphone mo at no choice ka but to get one dahil mahal ang openline, why use bluetooth? To send pictures? Why not email it? Mas mabilis pa, or upload sa cloud service, like dropbox.

Please check this thread for an app that lets you do file transfer
